Backside slappies
After adding frontside slappy grinds pretty much to my standard repertoire, I'm trying backside slappies now. They're supposed to be easier, maybe for some people, not for me for sure.
Granted, it took me only one session to get up on the curb, but I had a head start and knew what I was doing wrong when trying to figure out frontside slappies - everything is in your shoulders, commit to the turn and swing the board up. I think I'm now getting 1 out of 10 attempts nicely onto the curb. I find it harder to slap the board up into a good position. With frontside slappies I see what I'm doing, backside not so much.
