Another warm November day
The forecast looked better than it really was. At most there were some knee-high windswell bumps, here and there, pretty unpredictable conditions overall.
The zipping by kite surfers didn't really add to the fun. I've found them a little bit dangerous at times. It was often hard to tell if the kite surfer is in full control of their sail and board.
But it was still good to be out on the beach, at 20°C in mid November, crazy.
I tried a friend's 7.1 funboard. Oh what a difference that makes compared to my 9.6. That thing doesn't float, is really woobly and super hard to paddle around. I was happy when we switched back and I got on my tank again.
No, anything shorter than a longboard, that's not for me.
