Soft and warm

Conditions are far from ideal, it's warm and it rained a lot lately, but I had to get out and get some turns in. My expectations weren't high and I was kind of surprised how decent conditions were out there.

Hat off to the snowmaking operations in Wachusett!

It can't be an easy job when you're work is on the opposite end of what the weather gods have in the cards for you. Anything off-piste is brown, and trails are narrow, but the base-depth on slopes seems OK. If you're fine cruising on man-made snow then you can have a good time out there.
